The Leadership and Management Advisory Service (LMAS) is giving away grants of up to £1,000 to spend on Leadership training for businesses and social enterprises in England that employ between 2 and 250 people.
The money comes from the Skills Funding Agency, and is specifically for training in:-
- Developing an effective personal style
- Creating an effective business culture
- Planning and developing teams
- Building high performance across the business
The training must be for the CEO/MD/Owner of the organisation, or for senior people who refer directly to them. You can choose your own training provider (including Let’s Talk!).
