If your CCG is committed to improving Patient Engagment and the Patient Experience, then contact me to discuss ways in which I can help you.
Between 2009 and 2012 I worked closely with the Heart of Birmingham Teaching Primary Care Trust on many aspects of The Patient Experience.
In that time I ran workshops for GPs, receptionists, practice managers, dentists, pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, on aspects of personal communication, customer care and improving the patient experience. I ran PLT (Protected Learning Time) seminars, as well as daytime and evening workshops.
I produced a series of short video training sessions (based on my own Webinars) for online distribution to practice managers, together with notes and suggestions for experiential exercises, as resources to aid in-house training of practice staff. I ran three iterations of training for Community Connectors, a programme to train volunteers to deliver health messages within the community. I have facilitated Patient Engagement and Feedback meetings.
